The short version

  • We get your order ready in 1 to 2 business days
  • Delivery takes 4 to 7 business days once it is on the way
  • Count on 5 to 9 business days in total
  • Shipping is free, with no minimum order value
  • We deliver inside the United States only
  • Tracking is included and emailed within 24 hours of dispatch

Getting your order ready

Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST on a business day go into processing the same day. Anything later, or over a weekend or public holiday, is picked up the next business day. Preparing an order takes 1 to 2 business days.

By business days we mean Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the United States.

Delivery time

Once your parcel has left the fulfillment center, delivery takes 4 to 7 business days. Most orders therefore arrive within 5 to 9 business days of being placed. Addresses in Alaska and Hawaii can take a few business days longer.

These are the times we work with day to day. If something is going to take longer, we tell you rather than let you wonder.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order to the United States. There is no minimum order value and nothing is added at checkout for delivery.

Where we deliver

We ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and US territories. We do not deliver outside the country at the moment.

Carriers and tracking

Depending on your address and the size of the piece, your order travels with USPS or another national carrier. You receive a tracking link by email within 24 hours of dispatch. Tracking sometimes needs a day and a scan or two before it starts updating, so give it a moment before worrying.

Where your order ships from

We work with fulfillment partners in Asia, and your order is dispatched directly from them. Our returns center is in Doral, Florida, so sending something back never means shipping abroad.

If your parcel is delayed

Tracking can sit still for a few days without anything being wrong, especially around holidays. If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, email us. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged

If tracking says delivered but nothing arrived, check with everyone at your address and with your local carrier depot first, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan. If a piece arrives damaged, send us photos of the item and the packaging within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you in full.

Wrong address

We ship to the address you enter at checkout. Spotted a mistake? Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will correct it before dispatch. After that your order may already be on its way, and a parcel that comes back to us because of a wrong address can only be reshipped once you send the corrected details.

Taxes and duties

Prices are shown in US dollars. Any sales tax that applies in your state is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. Orders delivered within the United States are not subject to customs duties or import fees.
